Where It All Started: Stroller Fitness
Mama Beasts, Inc. began as a small but mighty local stroller fitness program. While our community has grown up a lot over the last decade, we vividly remember the challenges that comes with those first years — and how crucial fitness and community is to survive them. In 2022, Mama Beasts Parkway became a licensee of Mama Beasts and continues to offer stroller fitness classes and community in the Parkway area. We are super proud this magical community still exists and supports new mamas.
Mama Beasts Parkway
Being a Mama is hard. With our year-round stroller fitness classes and amazing local community of moms, Mama Beasts Parkway is here for you. A combination of seasonal outdoor classes, indoor winter classes, playdates, nights out and fun challenges — we strive to make you stronger, both physically and mentally.
All fitness levels are welcome at our classes where babies and young children come along for the ride. We are all Mamas, but how we "beast" can look very different. It might be crushing a tough work-out, packed with hill sprints, push-ups and burpees. It might be cautiously re-gaining core strength to do push-ups in the future. It might initially be just getting to class on little sleep and with a new baby in tow. It might be simultaneously squatting and handing out snacks while singing. It might be adding jogging to your walking laps or cross-training to PR a race.
You determine what it means to be a "beast" and we provide the support, safe instruction, and atmosphere to surprise yourself.

Meet Brooke
This awesome Mama has been part of the Mama Beasts community since early 2019.
In fall of 2022, Brooke became the first licensee of the Mama Beasts program, launching Mama Beasts Parkway to keep West Roxbury-area moms sane and strong.
A Mama to two Baby Beasts (Sienna and Miles) and certified group fitness instructor, she’s also assisted with the MB Run Club as she is quite the runner herself, having completed eleven half-marathons and four fulls— though the 10K is her favorite distance to race.
She believes in and embodies our mission…in that we are not just providing workouts - but sanity for our Mamas. And she’s seen the power of this mission these last two years while we all lived through a pandemic together. Brooke brings contagious energy, positivity and incredible workouts to Mama Beasts Parkway and can’t wait to meet you!
