Free event for moms looking to navigate holiday stress
It's the most magical time of the year — or is it? Moms are often in the throes of magic making mayhem, stressed and overwhelmed versus present and joyful. From financial stress to flu season and moving the damn elf, along with other extra jolly tasks that social media and guilt push on us, the already heavy mental load of motherhood can feel completely crushing.
We got you, Mamas. In our second annual MB Holiday Stress Summit, we're enjoying festive cocktails and the cozy atmosphere of Birchwood Bakery + Kitchen in Franklin. We’ll be hearing from guest speakers on why holiday stress can be so damn extra and detrimental to mothers, plus how we can realistically manage it.
