  • Rebecca Eudy

    Rebecca Howard Eudy is an LMHC, AASECT-certified sex therapist and coach who specializes in couples therapy. She is also certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and offers empathetic, research-based guidance to help clients navigate challenges like desire differences, parenting, and relationship conflicts.

    She is the co-host of The Love Lab Uncensored, a podcast featuring candid conversations about topics related to sex, intimacy, and relationships. Her book, Parents in Love: A Guide to Great Sex After Kids, is coming fall 2025!

    As a mother to two spirited boys, Rebecca understands firsthand the challenges that parenting and relationships can present. Her personal coping strategies include exercise, cursing, meditation, cooking, gardening, reading trashy novels, and hiking with her husband, children, and their aspiring therapy dog, Acorn.

  • Kimberly Solo

    Kimberly Solo, LICSW, has been a therapist for nearly 20 years., specializing in treating adult women. She provides compassionate support to women facing diverse issues while also challenging them to identify what they want and need most in life.
     

    She works with women who are facing a wide array of challenges including anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, grief, parenting stressors, relationship challenges, high conflict divorce, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, navigating menopause and perfectionist tendencies.

    She has experience supporting and educating women through speaking engagements, workshops and interviews.

    She’s contributed to CNN, Reader's Digest, and Boston Parents Paper and on Fox 25 News.

  • Dr. Alicia Robbins

    Dr. Alicia Robbins, founder of The Elm, has spent last five years performing obstetrics and surgery at Greenwich Hospital. She is also a certified Peri/Menopause Practitioner and a Lifestyle Medicine physician.

    As an expert in perimenopause, she founded a boutique women’s health practice, The Elm, which specializes in women over 40.

    Dr. Robbins speaks regularly on women's health and have been featured in Allure Magazine, The New York Times, ABC channel 7, Parents magazine and several podcasts. 

  • Kimberley Arcara

    Kimberley Arcara is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She has taken extensive training in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

  • Lauren A. Tetenbaum

    Lauren A. Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C (“The CounseLaur”) is a writer and social worker specializing in women’s mental health.

    A mom of two, Lauren provides therapy to women and couples in NY, NJ, CT, and FL and facilitates groups and workshops to empower postpartum and other women in corporate settings. Lauren regularly contributes to print and digital media on topics like maternal mental health, perimenopause, gender equity, and working parenthood.

    A former lawyer and a forever women’s rights advocate, Lauren feels privileged to counsel women through life transitions when they most need and deserve support. Her book Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period will be available in July 2025.
