FULLFILLMENT POLICY
Refund policy: Customers may receive a full refund for events by requesting it in writing to info@mamabeasts.com at least 7 days before the event. Customers can monthly memberships through their account in Acuity at anytime. For coaching packages, customers should refer to the terms of their individual contract.
Shipping or delivery policy: We currently do not ship any products. If you buy a program with a digital component, you will receive this item via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation policy: Customers can cancel monthly memberships through their account in Acuity at any time before their monthly renewal date. Customers can also email info@mamabeasts.com if they need assistance with cancellation.
