In honor of our fitness issue and new podcast, we’re offering mamas a free summer workout program that goes beyond getting your sweat on!

We’re excited to introduce: Walk, Learn and Burn!

Here’s how it works: every Monday, we release a new podcast episode and workout, adaptable for all fitness levels. Join our private Facebook group as we invite and guide you do three things every week.

  • Take a walk for some quiet me time

  • Listen to the latest episode of One More Thing to learn about all the things on a mama’s mind.

  • Complete a simple, but effective strength training workout that we provide for a good burn.

We’re creating a lovely hour of mama time every Monday all summer long. Our new FB group will also be a place to chat about our podcast content, ask questions, commiserate, celebrate and share resources. We will also be awarding prizes for moms who stick with this little summer routine.
